Blackhawks Book: Part 3

This is now part 3 of my Blackhawks book update on my quest to get most of my book signed by former Blackhawks Alumni. For anyone wondering most season games have been split between me and my mom (my dad has the main seat) as we both lug my book around the United Center waiting in line for these alumni.

Jim Wiste- A former Blackhawk who played 3 years in the NHL (52 games) scoring 1 goal and 10 assists playing with both the Chicago Blackhawks and the Vancouver Canucks. After a little research about Wiste I see that he was a scratch and struggled to really produce. He was a standout at Denver with other Chicago teammates Cliff Koroll and Keith Magnuson. I was hoping at 1st to get this book in all blue Sharpie but hey I'll take what I can get when it comes to autographs.

Peter Marsh- Originally drafted by Pittsburgh in 1976, Marsh had a pretty decent career playing 278 games over 6 years with Chicago and Winnipeg. Over the 6 years he amassed 278 points (48 Goals, 71 Assists).  Funny story, first time I heard his name I thought of Randy
Marsh from South Park.

Grant Mulvey- Drafted 16th overall in 1974 by Chicago, Mulvey played 586 games 10 seasons with 9 in Chicago in 1 in New Jersey.  Over those 10 seasons he racked up 284 Points (149 Goals, 135 Assists) so that's pretty good for solid career. Though he has disappointed me shaving off his AWESOME Stache. But I REALLY don't know why he signed so HUGE in the book.

This makes my total to 8 so far but as I make comparison to autograph extraordinaire Sal at Puck Junk is at 15 and by the end of the season I should be at least 21 with more Alumni signers to be named. But look for more posts as I get more autographs in the book.

Here is the schedule for the Alumni signers: http://blackhawks.nhl.com/club/page.htm?id=92169
